You can submit a custom consultation request through our website or contact our design consultant directly. We'll arrange a one-on-one private consultation to understand your needs, style preferences, and budget, and create a piece exclusively for you.

2. What are lab-grown diamonds and what certifications do they have?

Lab-grown diamonds are physically, chemically, and optically identical to natural diamonds — the only difference is where they're grown. All of our diamonds are certified by internationally recognized institutions such as GIA and IGI, ensuring guaranteed quality, greater sustainability, and exceptional value.

3. How long does it take to create a custom piece?

Depending on the complexity of the design, the custom creation process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks. Once your design is confirmed, we'll provide a specific delivery timeline and keep you updated on the progress throughout.

4. Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required to initiate the design and production process. The exact amount will be communicated after your consultation is confirmed. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

5. Can custom orders be returned or exchanged?

As custom jewelry is made exclusively for you, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if there is a quality issue with the craftsmanship, we will take full responsibility for repair or remake.
